The Challenge
We inherited the Babel Street website more than 18 months ago, and helped them navigate a marketing team transition while progressively enhancing their existing site. Ultimately, they needed to overhaul their website to refine core messaging, accentuate new capabilities, and better align with their broader marketing efforts. The redesign coincided with their acquisition of Rosette, a text analytics platform for cross-lingual identity resolution, which required content migration and multi-CRM integration to bring them into the fold.
